Use of our Business Address for Trading/Personal use, such as on your business cards, website and any other form of marketing material. Mail is then either held for collection (for free) or forwarded on at cost of postage. If you wish to use the address to register your business with Companies House, then you must also purchase the Registered Address service.

Use of our address for your company’s Registered Office Address. This is for Corporation use only. Only Statutory Mail (from the country’s relevant governing bodies such as Companies House and HMRC) will be either held for collection (for free) or forwarded on at cost of postage. All other types of mail arriving at our address will be returned to sender. If you require us to receive all other types of post, then you will also need to purchase our Business Address service for Trading/Personal use. Registered Address service must be paid Annually if purchased as a stand-alone product.

This service includes phone calls answered live within business hours. One of our trained receptionists will answer calls in your company name and will forward the call to yourself or take a message and send it to you via email. Please note that there is an additional charge of 95p per message taken and 65p per call transfer plus standard BT rates.

You will be allocated a Telephone Number, with phone calls seamlessly diverted to any Landline or Mobile of your choice at Business Standard Rates. Please note that there is an additional charge per minute at standard BT rates.

Meeting rooms are available to book upon request. We require at least a 48-hour notice to check the room availability and secure your booking. As the size and price of the meeting rooms depend on the location, please contact us for more details.
