Virtual Office Los Angeles
Situated on the 26th & 28th Floors of this massive 73 story skyscraper facilities on offer include serviced offices, 5 conference rooms, 2 cafés and 2 copy rooms. There is also 24 hour, 7 days per week complete secure access.
Completed in 1989 by Architecture firm Pei, Cobb, Freed & Partners this impressive skyscraper is an integral part of the Los Angeles skyline. The design is neither strictly square nor round, and the building is home to some very prestigious banking and law firms.
The building is well placed for convenient access to public transport and offers a concierge service. The US Bank Tower is the ninth tallest building in the USA and the tallest building in California. It is also the tallest building with a helipad on the roof.
The building was also know as the Library Tower as it is located opposite the Los Angeles Central Library. It was also the first building to be blown up in the 1996 Alien film "Independence Day".
The tower has a large glass "crown" at its top that is illuminated at night. The crown is lighted with red and green during the Festive Holiday season. It is also lit with purple and gold when the Los Angeles Lakers are playing in the NBA Playoffs and blue and white on Opening Day for the Los Angeles Dodgers. The crown was also lit with red, white and blue during the 4th July Holidays, but that practice ended in 2003.
Other local highlights include the Bunker Hill Steps, the Central Library, the Millennium Biltmore Hotel and the Warner Grand Theatre. Top restaurants nearby include the Water Grill, Mitaki and the Cicada Restaurant. |
