Meeting Room - What is it and Why should I use it?

The majority of the locations we offer as Business or Trading Address sites are also able to offer Meeting Room facilities to you, at which meetings with staff or clients can be scheduled at your request.

Note: Training and/or conference room facilities are also available to our clients at certain locations.

Refreshments are always offered upon arrival at the Meeting Room, and can also be provided for your during the meeting should you require. Regarding communication facilities, most of our Meeting Rooms feature internet access and Wi-Fi connection as-well-as video conferencing capabilities. Stationery and other office equipment (such as photocopiers or printers) can also be made available upon request.

All Meeting Room locations also provide on-site management with staff available to assist with any queries. Aside from the practical usefulness of such assistance, this service enhances the atmosphere of professionalism around your meeting, as does the manned reception area typically present at all locations. Each of these details contributes to a positive image you project to your clients and business partners.
