Let us start with the basics, what are Virtual Offices, and how can they help your business?
A Virtual Office is almost to be taken literally, it has the address of an office, the telephone numbers of an office and even the meeting rooms of an office, except for one determining factor, you are not actually in the office.
A service known as "Mail Forwarding" or "Accommodation Address" allows you to publish our prestigious address onto your company stationery (business cards, letterheads etc), so when we receive your mail, administrators then repackage your post and send it out to your designated address.
The second core service is called "Telephone Answering", where we allocate you with telephone numbers that when dialled, are answered by fully trained receptionists, who answer calls in your company name. The calls are then either patched through to your landline/mobile, and/or details of the caller, emailed over to a chosen email address.
The benefits? No crippling overheads in form of rent for office space, or unnecessary wages for a receptionist to answer your calls.
The savings are tremendous, what used to be a niche service, offered to companies that could afford it, is no longer the case.
